Los Premios Vargas Llosa NH de relatos son los mejor dotados en esta categor\u00eda en castellano.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>La nueva edici\u00f3n de la antolog\u00eda \u201cNoches de Relatos\u201d que se edita con los textos premiados, tendr\u00e1 forma de libro online accesible a todos los clientes de la cadena. Los prestigiosos autores Cristina Peri Rossi, Juan Bonilla, Carlos Cast\u00e1n y Gustavo Mart\u00edn Garzo, resultaron premiados en las distintas categor\u00edas mientras que Luisa Cuerda, Carlos Marzal, Laura Massolo, Guillermo Busutil y Olga Ortega, resultaron finalistas.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Francisco Zinser, Director General de Operaciones de NH Hoteles, \u201cla elevada cantidad y calidad de los relatos presentados es para nosotros prueba de la relevancia y tradici\u00f3n de esos premios y demuestra la apuesta decidida de NH Hoteles en apoyo de la cultura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HABITACIONES PRIVADAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entre los 253 libros <strong>in\u00e9ditos<\/strong> presentados, result\u00f3 ganador del Premio Mario Vargas Llosa NH<strong>,<\/strong> dotado con 20.000 euros, <strong><em>Habitaciones privadas<\/em>, de Cristina Peri Rossi<\/strong>. Nacida en Uruguay, Peri Rossi ha publicado varios libros de poes\u00eda y quince libros de narrativa, novelas como <em>Solitario de amor, La \u00faltima noche de Dostoievki<\/em> y <em>El amor es una droga dura<\/em>; y libros de cuentos, entre los que destacan <em>La rebeli\u00f3n de los ni\u00f1os, Una pasi\u00f3n prohibida, Cosmoagon\u00edas, Desastres \u00edntimos<\/em> y <em>Por fin solos<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EUR\u00cdPIDES, ENTRE LA CEBADA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En la modalidad del premio Mario Vargas Llosa NH que premia con 10.000 euros un cuento presentado de forma independiente, result\u00f3 ganador el relato titulado <strong><em>&#8220;El Pa\u00eds de la Cebada&#8221;<\/em>, de Gustavo Mart\u00edn Garzo<\/strong>, quien se present\u00f3 con el seud\u00f3nimo de Eur\u00edpides. Mart\u00edn Garzo es uno de los escritores m\u00e1s prestigiosos de la literatura espa\u00f1ola actual. Nacido en Valladolid en 1948, obtuvo el Premio Nacional de Narrativa en 1994 con la novela <em>El lenguaje de las fuentes<\/em> y desde entonces ha publicado una extensa obra literaria, compuesta por libros de art\u00edculos, novelas y cuentos, entre los que destacan <em>La princesa manca, Marea oculta<\/em> (premio Miguel<\/p>\n<p>Delibes),<em> La vida nueva, El peque\u00f1o heredero, El valle de las gigantas, La so\u00f1adora, El jard\u00edn dorado<\/em>, y <em>Las historias de Marta y Fernando<\/em>, que fue premio Nadal en 1999. Entre los libros de relatos que ha publicado destacan <em>El amigo de las mujeres<\/em>, <em>Cuentos de hadas<\/em> y <em>Todas las madres del mundo<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>En esta categor\u00eda, Luisa Cuerda y Laura Massolo quedaron finalistas con los relato <strong><em>\u201cDonde el sol\u201d<\/em><\/strong> y <strong><em>\u201cBasta de soledades\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En cuanto al premio a las mejores antolog\u00edas editadas en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, <strong>Carlos Cast\u00e1n y Juan Bonilla<\/strong> han resultado ganadores <strong>como autores de los libros <em>S\u00f3lo de lo perdido<\/em> y <em>Tanta gente sola<\/em>, editados respectivamente en 2008 y 2009<\/strong>. El premio en esta modalidad est\u00e1 dotado con 10.000 euros. El jurado destac\u00f3 la dedicaci\u00f3n principal de ambos autores a un g\u00e9nero arriesgado, como es el cuento. Carlos Cast\u00e1n, que es profesor actualmente en un instituto aragon\u00e9s, ha publicado tres libros de cuentos: <em>Fr\u00edo de vivir, Museo de la soledad<\/em> y <em>S\u00f3lo de lo perdido<\/em>, libro del que el jurado resalt\u00f3 \u201cla capacidad del autor para crear atm\u00f3sferas y dibujar personajes que se enfrentan a la p\u00e9rdida y al dolor, con un lenguaje amplio y sugerente\u201d.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El escritor andaluz Juan Bonilla ha publicado poemas, art\u00edculos y tres novelas; con una de ellas, <em>Los pr\u00edncipes nubios<\/em>, obtuvo el Premio Biblioteca Breve en 2003. Es autor adem\u00e1s de cinco libros de relatos: <em>El que apaga la luz, La compa\u00f1\u00eda de los solitarios, Las gafas de Spinoza<\/em>, que obtuvo en 1999 el premio Mario Vargas Llosa NH de Relatos, <em>La noche del Skylab<\/em>, <em>El Estadio de M\u00e1rmol<\/em> y <em>Tanta gente sola<\/em>, libro escrito \u2013en palabras del jurado- con \u201cla tensi\u00f3n y la intensidad que exige el cuento, que forman un conjunto de relatos unitario, con personajes que reaparecen en varias historias y crean un conmovedor mosaico de la soledad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El jurado, presidido por <strong>Gabriele Burgio<\/strong>, presidente de NH Hoteles, estaba compuesto este a\u00f1o por <strong>Lorenzo Silva, Marta Rivera, Manuel Longares, Santos Sanz Villanueva y Jos\u00e9 Luis Mart\u00edn Nogales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La nueva edici\u00f3n del libro \u201cNoches de Relatos\u201d que, en cada edici\u00f3n de los premios, se edita con los textos premiados, tendr\u00e1 formato online y ser\u00e1 accesible a todos los clientes de la cadena.
